KickStart Program

Welcome! The next KickStart Session kicks off on: April 27th @ 11:00 am

Throughout your KickStart experience, you will receive a ton of support, encouragement, and motivation from us on a daily basis via email, and a private web forum where you can share your successes and challenges with others in your KickStart Crew.

We run the program on a quarterly basis and the program fills up quickly, so register now to hold your spot. Once you are enrolled, we will send you an email to schedule your Success Session, which is one-on-one via Zoom - centered on you and your goals and designed to set you up for success in the program. You will also start receiving some emails from us to get you in the right frame of mind to be successful in the program. We are so excited to have the opportunity to work with you!


Schedule of events for the November 2023 KickStart Program:

Success Sessions: April 15th - 19th

Once you register, we will send you a booking link to schedule your one-on-one session via Zoom at a time that is convenient for you. The purpose of this meeting is to set you up for success in our program. In this session, we will get to know you as an individual and understand what your specific goals are. In this meeting, we will help you mentally prepare for your success in this program and answer any questions so that you feel confident going into our Group Kick-Off session on Saturday.


Session Kick-Off: Saturday, April 27th @ 11:00 am

This group training session will officially kick off our program. We will lay the foundation and set you up for success for the rest of your training sessions. You will hear from the team at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness and receive tips on how to make the most of this program. You will also have the opportunity to meet the rest of the ‘crew’ that will be participating in the KickStart program with you.


Workout Weeks: Weeks of April 27th - May 25th

It’s off to the races! This is where the rubber meets the road. You are now officially enrolled in our Group Training Program. For 4 weeks, you will have the ability to register for any 3 of our Group Training Sessions - Strength & Conditioning, Boxing, Stick Mobility, and Strength Training Sessions at a date/time that is convenient for you. We have many sessions to choose from, 6 days a week, so you will be out of excuses when it comes to scheduling conflicts. Remember to take it easy and listen to your body the first few sessions. Your trainers are there to keep you safe and in perfect form. Be sure to listen to your trainer, listen to your body, and have fun. Also – remember to be kind to your body – this is just the start, so ease into it!


Momentum Meetings: May 20th - 24th


In this meeting, we will be able to reconnect to see how far you have come and personally congratulate you on your achievements. We also will take this time to talk about the next steps in continuing your health and fitness journey.
