Terms and conditions for KickStart Program

We want you to get the very best results possible - great results come from a consistent commitment to a training and nutrition program. During the training weeks, the program is designed for you to attend your 3 training sessions per week. You will see here in Pike13 that you have all 12 sessions available to use. Please enroll in 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks when we are in session with the KickStart Program. (EX: not 5 sessions one week and 1 session the next week) You will not need to register for the initial Group Kick-Off session via Pike13. This session is in addition to your 3 group training sessions per week for the four week program.
